
ArkrA Security Limited Hardware Warranty
For the Invizd Box (Bespoke/Custom Models)
Effective Date: January 15, 2026
Warranty Period: Three (3) Years from the original date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).
This is a Limited Warranty (as designated under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and applicable law). ArkrA Security (“we,” “us,” or “ArkrA”), a Wyoming-based company, warrants to the original purchaser (“you”) that the Invizd Box hardware device (including any included proprietary encrypted backup disc, when purchased together) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with our published specifications and user documentation, for three (3) years from the date of original retail purchase.
This limited warranty applies only to the hardware components. It does not cover software, firmware, encryption protocols, data, or services.
What This Limited Warranty Covers
• Defects in materials or workmanship causing substantial failure to perform as described.
What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
• Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, dropping, liquid exposure, fire, or external forces.
• Unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair, tampering, or bypassing security/encryption.
• Improper use, failure to follow instructions, normal wear, cosmetic damage.
• Power surges, improper voltage, third-party accessories not approved by us.
• Data loss/corruption (maintain your own backups—encryption limits recovery).
• Issues from custom/bespoke modifications unless solely due to our manufacturing defect.
• Products from unauthorized resellers or with altered serial numbers.
Encryption & Privacy Note: Due to end-to-end encryption and tamper-resistant design, we cannot guarantee data recovery if hardware fails without accessible backups.
Your Remedies
If we determine a covered defect during the Warranty Period, we will, at our option, repair (using new/refurbished equivalent parts) or replace the device. We cover reasonable return shipping (RMA required); outbound shipping included. Repaired/replaced devices carry the remaining original period (or 90 days, whichever longer).
This is your exclusive remedy. We disclaim incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages (e.g., data loss, business interruption).
How to Claim
1. Contact support@arkrasecurity.com (or 24/7 channel) during the Warranty Period.
2. Provide proof of purchase, serial number, and issue details.
3. Obtain RMA and return instructions.
4. We inspect; if valid, repair/replace and return.
Important Additional Information
• Non-Transferable: Applies only to original purchaser.
• International Sales: This written warranty is governed by Wyoming law (USA). However, if you purchased in a jurisdiction with mandatory statutory consumer guarantees (e.g., minimum 2-year legal guarantee in the EU/EEA), those local rights apply and are not affected by this policy—they may provide additional or longer protection. For international claims, you may need to ship the device to our US facility at your expense unless local partners are arranged. Contact us for details on your region.
• Consumer Rights: This gives specific rights; you may have others under applicable laws (e.g., implied warranties of merchantability/fitness under UCC).
• No Other Warranties: We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted (except where prohibited).
